The ability to enable alerting for swap usage, similar to how it is possible to alert for CPU and memory.

Motivation / Use Case

I run resource-constrained VMs with just enough RAM and generous swap as backup because I don't expect much of it to be used except when traffic surges (performance isn't a concern). It would be very useful to get alerted if Swap is at a certain % for at least 10 minutes, for example, so I can decide whether to increase the resources allocated to it.

Describe how you would like to see this feature implemented

Identical to how memory alerts work.
