Problem detecting Network in UE

I have successfully deployed the 4G core network with Kamailio and eNB with USRP B210 as hardware. However the UEs (Oneplus 7 or Iphone 15) are not detecting the RF network . I have kept dl_earfcn = 1600 in rr.config.

Then, I would suggest the following

1. Reduce the nof. PRBs to 25 (5Mhz BW) and give it a try
2. If the above also doesnt help, I would suggest buying a GPSDO e.g. Leo Bodnar GPSDO to use along with USRP B210 (used for more stable clock and consistent UE attach to network)

Hi,
I am using the srsLte setup, within "srslte/rr_enb.conf" file it is already mentioned
nof_prb = 1;

How do I reduce the nof. PRBs to 25 when its already 1, tried changing this value to 25, but then the srsenb container doesn't restarts
