With the latest Git checkout, I tested 5G VoNR calls and they are working fine. However, when I try ViNR, I get a black screen on Samsung mobiles. Do I need to enable anything in the configuration files? I have already added the user data in both the PyHSS GUI and Open5GS GUI, similar to how it is done for 4G.

ViNR should work as well. Are you testing with two Samsung phones? If so, are you using google meet based video calling?

Both are samsung A23 mobile and it is not a Google Meet-based video call and it is using it's own samsung app.

okay. Then please post a pcap of the scenario where you are registering the phones with IMS and attempting a video call

Hi folks, I would like to take advantage of this thread regarding ViNR.The Open5GS project and its dockerized version have been instrumental in my learning journey, and I am deeply grateful to the developers for their tireless efforts. Their work has been a valuable resource, and I have gained significant knowledge from it. I would like to reciprocate by sharing a recent journal paper on ViNR, which can be downloaded free of charge. I hope this paper will be of some benefit to the community.

I have attached the pcap and pcscf container logs and here call got disconnected automatically after some seconds.

looks like call is connected but it is stuck at preparing video and it's getting disconnected.

@ganeshsskumar In your pcap I see that gNB is releasing the UE immediately after the video call. So its your radio link at fault.
