Testing 4g-volte-vowifi-deploy.yaml with a Google Pixel UE . PDN session for internet is established but not for ims.

My UE is requesting PCSCF address in IKE_AUTH and getting PCSCF addr in response. What is the actual Setup ??
I have configured subscriber details accordingly for both ims and internet.
But session is being created only for internet why ?
