Description

CLI that reads local Claude Code session history and continues the session in another agent (Codex, Antigravity, OpenCode, Pi Agent) through the agent's native fork, or by seeding a clean transcript.

Recovers post-compaction context with --since-compact, and install-skill lets Claude Code run it on its own when asked to catch up on a prior session.
