[Feature]: Ability to specify desired status of the server. On or off.

What whould you like to see?

I'm not sure why the ability to specify that I want the server to be on or off hasn't been implemented yet, but here's the suggestion for it.

Right now for example, it seems if the server dies or shuts down, I need to open the hetzner website to restart it instead of just doing tofu deploy again.

We do not fully understand or have use-cases for the feature you are describing.

Could you please explain us why you need this feature, describe a use-case? Are you applying changes to your infrastructure in multiple steps?

If this may be useful info: In my use case, we have a single binary that manages several types of deployments. That binary has tofu embedded, and deploys a system to several cloud providers. For aws,azure,exoscale... in order to shut down or stop a deployment, we modify the desired server status in the infra file, and run a deploy again. With the current actions fot the server power status (not yet implemented into tofu) we cannot manage Hetzner the same way we manage other cloud providers, so we have to implement a different behavior for the hetzner provider. If we did have a power state parameter, we´d be able to simply change the infra file with the desired power status, and tofu deploy again
