CamelCase Method

Write simple .camelCase method (camel_case function in PHP, CamelCase in C# or camelCase in Java) for strings. All words must have their first letter capitalized without spaces.

For instance:

camelcase("hello case") => HelloCase
camelcase("camel case word") => CamelCaseWord
