Bump ansi-html and documentation

Removes [ansi-html](https://github.com/Tjatse/ansi-html). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [documentation](https://github.com/documentationjs/documentation). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `ansi-html`

Updates `documentation` from 13.2.5 to 14.0.0
