The Nav buttons should be fixed.

Description:

Currently, the navigation buttons are not fixed to the top of the page. This forces users to scroll all the way back up every time they want to navigate, which creates a frustrating user experience.

Proposed improvement:

Fix the Nav buttons at the top so they remain visible as users scroll. This would improve accessibility and make navigation faster and smoother.
