Reorganize folder structures.

to modify the CSS, I created a custom.css file in the .obsidian/plugins/obsidian-advanced-slides/css/ folder, and included css: css/custom.css in the YAML header. this will instruct the plugin to use the custom.css on top of the theme CSS.
