Description
This issue is to track progress towards a utopian future where COLRv1 is widely supported which would allow us to stop producing the following legacy color font formats (in order of expected future deprecation):
-
CBDT(Android, Chromium) -
SBIX(Apple, bitmap) -
COLRv0(old browsers) -
SVG(still widely used)

This is likely something that will only come in a couple of years, possibly even longer. The color font wars rage on!
