"Index Pointing at viewer" (1FAF5) evidently needs a redesign

It barely looks like an actual hand pointing at someone, and more like your own half-closed fist clumsily pointing back at yourself. Not to mention the colours evidently going out of line, and the middle finger looking like it's fused with the hand.
