Disabling replacement of ASCII symbols

I'd like to disable the replacement of ASCII symbols like `|>` to the Unicode version `▷`. I personally strongly dislike an editor replacing my text.

As a sidenote, while I would be perfecly happy using the ASCII symbols as they are, I think a better approach here would be to use a font like [Fira Code](https://github.com/tonsky/FiraCode).
