Add a web interface

For demonstration purposes, it would be a very good idea to be able to run a web interface. Add a small configuration, and allow requests for foreign websites only if some kind of validation (email in whois, HTML tag, uploaded file) goes through so that we can install webvulnscan on a public machine. It goes without saying that this is also an excellent testcase for webvulnscan itself.
