Build commands for Heroku #4

Hi, I love the demo of Hackafy that you host on Heroku. I was hoping to host my own instance on Heroku. I also wanted to experiment with customizing it by slightly changing the icon and the font. Could you please tell me what the build commands are that you used to host your instance on Heroku? If I'm able to host an instance, I will be sure to credit you, and I'll encourage users to check out your demo. Thanks in advance for any help!
