Improve logging #77
Description
Thoughts:
- transform MAD-X output and logging.log() calls to list of log records
- Show time on each log record
- optional: by default don't show MAD-X output (unless ERROR or similar)
- optional: colorize log records
- log window at bottom (as of 76bd555: MDI allows to place the log window wherever we want)
- additional: always log to file
- flash tab on important log event (how to detect?)
