Automatize package creation

It would be nice to have the PPA rebuild automatically whenever this repository changes. I am not sure, if this is possible, but if it is the following objects may be of use:

• the Vcs-Git entry in debian/control
• the files debian/watch or debian/watchex
• the get-orig-source target in debian/rules

Optimally, the PPA would monitor for changes in this repository, download it, run debuild which in turn invokes the get-orig-source target to obtain the MAD-X tarball and then create a package from there. This would make the Makefile superfluous.

I think, though, this procedure does not fit the design of debian source packages. I might come back with further input on this later.
