Known operators to control predefined map colors #597

Followup on #219
Suggestion from Dominic through email, paraphrased.
Context: USA Railroad operators.
Currently the colors on the map are automatically generated. This can mean non-similar names get similar colors on the map, by accident. This causes confusion if the railway lines are connected, even though they have different operators.
Solution: define a fixed set of operators controlling the color. Known operator names can than get a predefined color
Maybe in the future more details like icon (logo). See screenshots of https://railmap.gl/, now offline, in #219 (comment).
