Signals: split legend per country

Currently the legend for the speed, train protection and electrification layers are huge, because of the many country-specific icons. It looks nice, but it does not help getting a good overview.

We should make a dropdown (or similar) to select a country and show only those signals.

The "base" legend can always be shown.

It would be definitely nice and a big step-up. Given that features are grouped by country, I'd also suggest highlighting the header of visible section (group) rather than add the parentheses with country code

Yet, I think that the better way would be to dynamically adjust content of the legend - a GIS software such as QGIS (Python-based) has this option to show only those features present in given extent of the map (header + visible features, when features are grouped by layer). I don't know however how much it would impact the overall performance

Yes this would be nice, as an option.

However, at the moment, the legend has no "knowledge" of what is displayed on the map. Even the code to interact with the map has no knowledge of the features currently displayed on the map. Maybe there are map events that trigger for every shown feature, but I have never tried that.
