Apple wiped out all open source apps for vless in Russia. Is it possible to make official testflight link for users in Russia?

Apple has been cleaning house for Russian users lately. A few options:

1. GitHub Releases - grab the APK and sideload
2. TestFlight bypasses App Store completely
3. UbiVPN is still available in the Russian App Store
