I want to make sure that once a zip file is created with a batched archive it is then immutable
So that I can be certain of the integrity of my archives when they are managed solely by the application
Technical Notes
- once a zip is created and a batch of blocks is archived, the zip should be immutable
- we need to enforce this with the Files Historic Plugin
