Add TSS Dependencies artifacts and add a small POC testing them out

I want to Verify the actual TSS Signature
So that I need the dependencies needed.

Technical Notes

This is a preparation ticket, so the next one can focus on changes to verification, testing, new flows and integration.

Consider the needed effort for the simulator to use the TSS in order to produce a valid/real proof on e2e testing, also, for the ApiSuites and UT Test Fixtures to be able to produce tss valid test blocks.

Due to the above, the TSS verification classes, should not be exclusive use of VerificationPlugin.
