Dynamic scaling for Download Transaction window

Problem

Opening the Download Transactions window as a dApp in-wallet or in a mobile browser has the window out of frame resulting in buttons not being accessible and information (dates) not being visible depending on device resolution.

Solution

Enable dynamic scaling so the elements wrap and fit to the device/browser/dApp resolution.
