Include mobile experience in testing

Problem

We often find that when features are displayed in a mobile device the page does not render accurately as it does on desktops.

Solution

We need to include mobile testing when we release features.

For this solution we should consider testing the following:

• Testing on different devices we expect users to visit the site (mobile, desktop, browser types, etc)
• These tests should be automated and ideally something that can run in CI on every PR
