Filter Token Balances of Accounts in Ascending / Descending + CSV download

Problem

Most exchanges in web3 require a list of "top token holders" for an asset — in HashScan it's not possibly to:

1. Filter the "balance" list of accounts holding a token in ascending / descending order
2. Export a CSV of all accounts / balances

These capabilities would make the lives of projects much easier.
