CSV enhancements

Problem

For the download transactions CSV:

• Ability to type out the date in the field (the select date UI can be slow)

• Remember the start and end dates in the same browsing session (it
  resets the start and end date default every time I open the download
  txn function). Because often I have to fine-tune after running into the
  maximum of 1000 downloads

• Have the ability to download the next 1000 records after hitting the 1000 limit in the results popup
