Option to default times to UTC

Problem

The time displayed next to transactions being in your local timezone can be confusing in situations such as when travelling, and/or sharing screenshots e.g. with a user in another timezone.

Solution

An option to default the time displayed on Hashscan to UTC (or whatever you want) regardless of where you are
