Hello! Welcome to the community :-)

We have it in our backlog to create Windows installation instructions as well as ensure that it works correctly on Windows. We have a community member successfully install and run Solo on Windows.

It is my understanding that all pre-requisites were installed directly on the WSL2 layer (not on the Windows layer). This includes NodeJS, Docker (or Podman), Kind, Helm, git, etc.

Your command is correct. But, you can add the @latest if desired:

npm install -g @hashgraph/solo@latest
