[Feature]: 支持从网关/Nacos 批量导入 API Product

Problem Statement

在使用 HiMarket 管理 AI API 资源时，管理员需要先创建 API Product，然后关联到具体的 Model/AI 路由 或 MCP Server。当企业在 AI 网关（Higress）或 Nacos 中已配置大量 AI 服务时，逐个手动创建 Product 的工作量较大，且容易出错。

Proposed Solution

在【API Products】页面增加【导入】按钮，选择 Product 类型和数据源：Higress/AI 网关实例或 Nacos 实例，检索实例中的 AI API 列表，选择导入后，自动映射为 Product 的配置：

1. 产品名称：自动使用 AI 路由名称或 MCP Server 名称
2. 产品描述：复用服务的描述信息（如果有）
3. API 关联：自动完成 Link API 配置
