Bug Description

[使用国内大模型对话不被允许的内容时显示一部分答案后报错，并且该会话再咨询合法内容会一直报错。

Steps to Reproduce

1. HiChat 里面选择国内大模型，输入 2010年诺贝尔和平奖获得者是谁；
2. 大模型对话显示一点回答后转为报错信息： “OpenAI API error in streaming response: Output data may contain inappropriate content. For details, see: https://help.aliyun.com/zh/model-studio/error-code#inappropriate-content”；
3. 再输入合法内容咨询，还是报错：“OpenAI API error in streaming response: Output data may contain inappropriate content. For details, see: https://help.aliyun.com/zh/model-studio/error-code#inappropriate-content”；
4. 切换到其他会话后正常，再回到刚才会话能看见一部分恢复信息；

Expected Behavior

咨询不合法内容应该显示不知道该内容或屏蔽回答；
而且该会话再咨询合法内容时候要正常显示内容。

可以尝试直接跟你使用的模型进行一些测试，可能是因为第一轮对话中应该包含了敏感内容，导致一直存在于上下文中，所以后续会话也会拦截。
