Do not know how to run this project

Hi, I see Readme, but still do not know how to run this project. Especially, for the SysWOW64 folder part. I built Wine version 10.0-rc4 for AArch64 without any SysWOW64 folder inside. I do not know where to create this directory or how to build the wine library for i386. Can you add some more details?
