[wallet-sdk] Offload `triplesec`

replace triplesec in @stacks/wallet-sdk with ESM/smaller alternative as in previous PRs — if nothing available rewrite used methods from scratch with @noble/secp deps, i.e. make sure to only use MIT compatible code with correct attribution
