model editing/exporting - changes appear in nanoem but not when loading in mikumikudance

Hello.
As stated i noticed that changes i make in the model editor via nanoem and exporting said model do take - but only in nanoem. editing IK factors in nanoem in a pmx and then exporting does not make the ik change take when loading the pmx in mikumikudance.
Background: i edit my stuff in blender and then export to mmd, however, blender mmd export always garbles the leg and foot IK somehow, pmxeditor doesn't run on linux, nanoem does. I am really just asking about how exactly nanoem works with respect to ik chains versus other mmd software.
