Easy import ticket from Jira

Offer an UI to allow import Jira ticket so that no need to copy/paste from Jira to Pokrex.

Maybe a chrome plugin.

Add button in Jira ticket page

Each time click plugin button or the button ^, add current ticket to the basket

In plugin page, from left panel select tickets(as in basket), import to right panel (as in to-be-groomed list).

Click start to start a room
