Help! I accidentally uninstalled the program. Can I retrieve the original configuration and records?

I accidentally uninstalled the program. I reinstalled version 10.0, but I found that my previous configurations and record groups are all gone, and there's no login option. Can I get them back?

Installation (and uninstall) is handled by Inno Setup. I thought it would keep configuration intact, but perhaps that is not the case 😞.
