Ctrl+A & Del - hide warning window in pinned items on Windows?

Hello,
In the latest version (v11.0) on Windows, are there any settings that cause a blocking window to NOT appear when I press Ctrl+A (select all) and Del (delete items)? So that it deletes everything except the pinned items? (As expected.) Thanks.

You can use this command, rather than Ctrl+A & Del.

Oh, I overlooked it. It is already a built-in command that can be added directly in the upper left corner of the command window.
