Run and Terminal actions not constrained to workspace properly

The terminal and run actions don't appear to be properly constrained to the workspace they are in. With two workspaces, main and another one, if I open the terminal in either of the workspaces it opens in both. Similar for run. If I switch to workspace B, trigger run, and then switch back to the main workspace I have a "Run" window open at the bottom that is just left at the terminal prompt.

This may be a Windows specific issue, unsure.

Yes, I can confirm that currently individual workspaces don't remember their terminal open/close state, so when you open it in one and then move to another, it will also auto-open there. It's a bug that needs fixing.
