This sounds like a technical question but it likely will tie back into billing which FAS RC does differently than IQSS.
() Does IQSS support anyone that is already on Cannon that is a social science researcher and could have run on RCE?
() Does IQSS support people that use RCE but could've/should've been using Cannon?
() How are people who have accounts on both systems prior to the migration going to be handled?
