Locale change issue?

Describe the bug
The bot doesn't detect me as Admin when I try to change the locale

To Reproduce

1. Ask someone to create a server
2. Be assigned as admin
3. Try to set language with /language locale: xx-XX command
4. See error: ❌ This command requires administrator privileges.

Expected behavior
The bot will change the locale if I'm granted Admin rights for the server

Does it require bot to have Admin rights to execute the command? I'm not sure if the Admin role I have is the same role as the creator of the server had. His account is removed and I can't assign the bot as an Admin role

Confirmed, I'm not the real Admin on that server. Nobody is

Currently, using different languages across different servers is not supported, switching the language will change it for all servers.

"Admin" refers to the admin setting in config.js.
