Need to be able to enter more formats

Write now Format Link provides for up to 9 formats to be used. It would be very useful if more formats could be entered, at least 15, but 20 would be better.

A harder but more flexible way to do it would allow the user to hit a button to add a new format, for as many formats as they want.
