Timer

I am trying to replicate the traffic light project of TOCCI book (chpaters 6, 7 and 8) and Ididn't find how to simulate the timers, at the book authors use a CI 555, it could be done using some schmitt triger with NOT gate 7414, which is already able at Digital, but oscilator need some capacitor...
I looked at the documentation using the tags: timer, capacitor but didnt find, I dont know if I am not finding stuff or if there isn't a way to simulate a timer. I tried the same shearching at discussion.
I think about counters too... but a timer itself would be helpfull.
I hope authors could help me, i do like this tool and I am widely using it and sharing it

This simulator can only simulate digital components.
Analog components are not supported.
If you are only using the 555 for clock generation, you can simply use the clock component instead.

Actually I explained wrongly (I was sleepy), yes I am usiing the clock generator for astable oscillator, but I am trying to simulate two monostable oscillators, one is 4 second at HIGH, the another es 25s at HIGH, and they area activated by some variables of the system. There is no problem at changing the values of seconds, but I would like to use the monostable oscillator, If you have some ideias I would appreciate.
