Add support for timezone abbreviations as an option for output timezone. This is not as easy as it sounds. IANA timezone abbreviations are not unique, which complicates things. For example, there are several CST abbreviations, as well as others that are duplicated.
Is there an approach that would provide some kind of confidence in a reference to an IANA abbreviation, like with another value that indicated the country or region for the abbreviation? Or maybe allow the user to set default refs for abbreviations using the country? Or both?
