Add annotation sidebar to HoloNote?

Is this within HoloNote's scope?

I would think that HoloNote's job is to record that sort of information, and that it's up to HoloViews and Bokeh to display it in a reasonable way. So I think it's desirable functionality, but not something I'd expect to see implemented in HoloNote.
