Package and individual datasets size limit? #25
Description
Similar packages out there have varying file sizes, with 17.6MB for bokeh-sampledata 2024.2 or 210.8kB for vega-datasets 0.9.0. Do we want to define an individual size limit for each dataset? And a global size limit for the package (e.g. the wheel)?
