Describe how to use this with Binder #9

If this works with binder as stated here https://panel.holoviz.org/user_guide/Server_Deployment.html it is pretty nifty.
But the description in https://panel.holoviz.org/user_guide/Server_Deployment.html could be more specific. I don't understand fully if it will work
The Clifford repo referenced does not use jupyter-panel-proxy. That is confusing. I read it as it is. But it is not. Providing a reference example that works with the exact url to open the app in would be a great help.
