Mouse icon does not show I can click breadcrumbs

Related to #1541

It seems I can actually click either of "Home" or "Penguins Visualization". But this is not shown by a relevant mouse icon. Its probably a panel-material-ui issue

The missing mouse icon when hovering over the breadcrumbs confuses me because I don't know if I should be clicking it or not.

Furthermore I have no text guiding me or no mental model to understand why it would make sense to navigate between "Home" and "Penguins Visualization".

Yes, should be transferred to panel-material-ui.

Have to consider this. Lumen is not a simple app. Ideally we'd have an inbuilt tutorial for the user that shows them the various pieces of functionality, but at least initially I'm not sure how much it can realistically be simplified to be totally obvious for a novice without reading at least some documentation.
