Cannot Upload Data

When I click data sources I see

There is an "UPLOAD DATA" tab with an upload icon. I would expect to be able to upload data but I cannot. This is misleading

Please change the tab title or enable me to upload data sources.

I cannot reproduce this. After successfully processing, the filedropper should be visible again.
