Ideally, reports can be exported as Panel Dashboard

For the dashboard export, was thinking a servable .py that builds a pn.template.EditableTemplate from the report views, so panel serve report.py gives the drag-drop layout builder from the how-to.

Or should I prefer notebook?

This is a bigger project, I've been slowly building up panel-tiles and panel-flowdash so we can build dashboards directly in Lumen and then export them.
