ZHA is failing to configure/start on Home Assistant Yellow

The problem

I have a Home Assistant Yellow that is running 2025.1.4. I had a bunch of similar errors to this trying to migrate my ZigBee network from a previous installation, but got through them with a lot of restarts. However due to ZigBee network issues I tried to delete my configuration, remove the ZHA integration and start again. Now I get a 500 Internal Error on trying to add the ZHA integration with this error. Connecting a second radio does not allow that one to be detected either.

Returning to an old backup (2024.12.5) brings the interface back. Upgrading to 2025.1.5 keeps it. Restoring my backup of today breaks it again. The hardware is working, it can switch between Thread and Zigbee firmware.

Are you using a CM5? Or a CM4?

Interesting. Which exact CM5 variant? And what version of HA OS? I've seen only one other report like this: #134759.

Debugging this will be a little challenging. Can you install the Advanced SSH Addon, disable protection mode in the addon settings (https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/c84045b1-fd54-40f2-b93b-0d53433ad1b8), and log in? After that, from within the shell, run the following and post the output if you can:
