Reolink integration stops Doorbell Auto-Reply from functioning

The problem

I've been in touch with Reolink support regarding my POE doorbell as the auto-reply messages stopped working. It seems this is caused by the HA integration as when I disable the integration it starts working again.

Did you make any automations regarding playing responses, or triggering siren or any other sound?

Yes the integration seems to work fine. It just stops the reolink app auto reply functions from working when it's enabled.

It seems reolink are aware of this bug:
"We have reproduced the problem here, and our R&D team have worked on this issue for some time, but we didn't find a proper solution to it now. Also, there might be no solution for this problem within a short time. Would you mind give a thought to keep the camera?

We sincerely apologize that our product has not met your expectations. Despite our best efforts to resolve the issues you reported, we regret that we have not been able to achieve the desired outcome. But we'd like to give your valuable experience to our product team, so we can continually improve our products"

Same old story with Reolink I'm afraid. I'll close this issue as there's nothing we can do about it. Might be worthwhile mentioning this in the documentation though? I can do a draft if it helps?

You can keep the issue open, I will try to reproduce the issue myself.
Seems really strange, what would the Reolink integration be doing that could prevent the auto reply from working.....

I tried to reproduce this on my Reolink Video Doorbell PoE-W, Firmware: v3.0.0.4110_2410111128, Hardware: DB_566128M5MP_P_W.
And on my Reolink Video Doorbell PoE, Firmware: v3.0.0.4110_2410111120, Hardware: DB_566128M5MP_P
But on both the auto-reply works just fine.

Both were connected to a NVR though, I will try again when I disconnect them from my NVR.

Just to confirm, you're setting the auto reply in the Reolink app and waiting time to 2s?

My waiting time was 10s, and yes.

I thought it might be to do with the users but I've got a separate admin users for this integration and for Frigate. The latter doesn't affect it.

The timeout doesn't affect it either.
